Emerging from Minneapolis, MN, this indie rock band The Person & The People consists of members Nick Costa (vocals/guitars/keyboards), Adam Mallory (drums), Andy Sanford (Bass) and Sam Sanford (vocals/guitars/keyboards) and have been making a name for themselves for the past decade. Their upcoming album Dark and Low is full of catchy tunes that you just want to bop your head along to it, lyrics that make you remember a similar situation that happened to you and their entire sound is just enough to hook, line and sink you in their dreamy melodies.

What Track You Should Listen To : Track 3, “Hot Summer Nights”. Hot Summer Nights, is The Person & The People's single off the album. This tack is the perfect song to jam to when you are out on the night hanging out with your best friends and having a grand ole time.
My Favorite : Track 5, “Leaving”. It starts off as this chill, melancholy vibe then builds into this uplifting beat with a tuneful guitar riff.
Their album, Dark and Low, comes out tomorrow, Friday, April 22nd via Land Ski Records. If you’re 21+ and in Minneapolis, you can also catch them at their album release party on Saturday April 23, 2016 at the Kitty Cat Klub.
